1. Day to day leader for import/export domestic distribution operation responsible for the department development, production and level of service provided by all.
2. Responsible for managing the service road map for the import/ export operations and adapt as needed based on requirements from customers and affiliates.
3. Ensure adherence with all Ferrari Group procedures, included but not limited to operational and security procedures.
4. Coordinate operational resources to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction is achieved while maintaining efficiency.
5. Work closely with operations and customer service across the network to provide and communicate accurately all information and pricing for services to customers and internal departments.
6. Manage the communication and coordination of all custom clearance and transportation arrangements for all shipments (international and domestic).
7. Respond to enquiries regarding the status of shipments in transit, follow through on trace request as necessary, and provide POD as requested.
8. Ensure that enquiries from regulating bodies are handled professionally and when needed personally engage in such communication.
9. Be engage in direct communication with customers about operational and trade compliance issues.
10. Manage relationships with external vendors.
11. Provide updates and manage the training of staff and participate in staff on-boarding efforts to ensure consistent application of the Company’s service mission and priorities.
12. Work closely with senior management across the network for international project and global accounts FRQ.
