The EHS Specialist will be employed via JLL and based onsite at our FAANG client in Neihu.
This EHS Specialist role focuses on maintaining workplace safety, environmental compliance, and health standards. Key responsibilities include developing policies, conducting risk assessments, leading safety training, monitoring regulations, performing audits, and investigating incidents. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills to promote a safety-oriented culture across the organization.
1. Overall on-site inspection and inspection of working environment.

6. Occupational disaster handling, statistics and analysis.

7. Responsible for ongoing implementation of and company adherence to the occupational safety and health work plan. Ongoing update, implement and review of occupational safety and health related plans.
職業安全與衛生相關計畫之更新、執行與修訂。
8. Report regularly on occupational safety-related issues to Taiwanese OSHA according to regulations.
職業安全與衛生法定例行性申報作業。
9. Compiling, sharing, and application of safety and health information.
職業安全衛生事項及法令宣導。
10. Develop and maintain a record of safety and health management and provide concrete measures which can be taken to rectify all situations which are deemed to be either unsafe or in violation of the Occupational Health and Safety Plans.
制定並保存職業安全衛生記錄,確保符合職安衛法規要求。
11. Other matters assigned by the supervisor.

• Responsible about Occupational Health, Safety management for the site to comply legal requirement and company policies/standards/guidelines.
• Being responsible for maintaining site auditing, periodical communication, training, incident investigation when needed.
• Provide the Safety/OH related professional comments for helping site leadership team to make decision.
• Support Process Safety Management activities at the site as needed.
• Support site central safety committee’s program / activity to meet local and company requirements.
• Lead site new chemical review, regulation review, toxic chemical substance management and participate in the networks / meetings / emergency response and external inspection for the site.
• Lead and coordinate site working environmental monitoring, OH program / hazards communication
• Build up safety and health management policy and working role
• Assist ISO 45001 related certification work
• Identification, assessment and control of the work environment or operational hazards
• Safety and Health Management Records and Performance Evaluation
• Involve for company EHS and cross site activities to deliver / learn best practice for maintain EHS culture

工作內容:
1.計劃和審查有關安全和健康設施檢查的標準作業程序 (SOP)。
2.監控和審查現場檢查、定期和重點檢查、危害意識和工作環境判定,確保符合安全要求。
3.建立並實施職業安全和環境管理培訓計劃。
4.建立職業安全和環境管理系統以滿足法規要求。
5.調查和處理職業災害並進行統計分析,並制定改進計劃。
6.執行職業安全和健康相關的任務和計劃。
Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To plan and review the SOP of inspections regarding the safety and health facilities.
2. To monitor and review the on-site inspection, regular and key inspection, hazard awareness and working environment determination insure to meet safety requirement.
3. To Establish and conduct the Occupational safety and environmental management training plan.
4. To Establish the occupational safety and environmental management system to fulfill the regulation requirement.
5. To Investigation and handling of occupational disasters and statistical analysis , and conduct the improving plan.
6. Carry out occupational safety and health related tasks and plans.
