• Aligns the sales objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
• Accountable for effective sales organization design, including roles, distributor channel design, sales development, business marketing, account management, resource deployment, training implementation, and customer service to integrate all sales functions for synergy of sales force.
• Work closely with General Manger and other departments to ensure sales strategies are being implemented consistently in Taiwan
• Provides leadership to the Wellness Advocates, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
• Works with finance to establishes a sales performance management system. This includes establishing metrics and measures for managing performance and ensuring all key stakeholders are held accountable for assigned results.
• Accountable for the sales division budget. Proactively assesses needs, including those in technology, training, and administrative support. Ensures support investments yield benefits consistent with established objectives. Provides managerial leadership to Sales division; account management, sales development, business marketing, and customer service.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retain customer retention.
