1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, prototype within cross functional team
2. Lead internal team develops prototype based on client's timeline.
3. Liaise with clients to identify and define the requirements, scope & objective.
4. Assign tasks to internal teams & assist with schedule management.
5. Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
6. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
7. Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation, plan & reports.
8. Ensure standards & requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests .
9. Visit & meet to supplier for developing new material or machine.
10. Verify & confirm technical drawings.
