工作經驗、技能和能力:
• 關係管理,與不同的人建立並保持牢固的關係
• 結果導向 ,達到或超過預期。
• 問題解決和分析,積極處理問題,提出有效解決方案
• 1-2 年客戶服務經驗,在跨國公司中工作者佳
• 初階或中等英語,善於電腦文件處理

Community Associates are the guest experience specialists for our locations. From welcoming customers and guests, to supporting our center operations and sales activities, to maintaining valuable customer relationships, the Community Associates are an integral part of a team that continually works to improve our customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure the customers in your community are happy – offer the best customer experience
• Be responsible for addressing customer queries or resolving arising issues
• Ensure your centre is always up to standard every day
• Conduct tours of your center, showcasing your center to potential new customers
• Look for new revenue opportunities to help customers run their business
• Build and maintain valuable relationship with customers. Retain existing
customers in own community
Working experience, Skills & Competencies
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in multinational organisation
• Beginners/intermediate level in English. PC literate
• Customer oriented. Generate, build and effectively service valuable customer partnerships
• Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders
• Results driven. Meet or exceed expectations.
• Problem solving and analysis. Actively handle problems, propose effective solutions in line with the analysed information
• Team work. Able to contribute to a team environment towards a common goal
• Strong communication skills
