負責審核、處理飯店的所有付款立帳作業。在例行性的關帳作業中,會檢視各部門費用確保應計基礎下的費用已經被正確入帳,另外也會負責進行各部門的費用彙整分析報告,提供部門主管分析發現。
1.覆核應付帳款憑證,包含與廠商對帳、合約費用檢視等,與相應發票/收據、驗收單等核對,並即時入帳。
2.確認應付帳款需款時間,並準備每月廠商付款清單、依付款性質分類製作彙總表。
3.進行月底費用預提結帳作業,確保應計基礎費用完整及正確。
4.提供各部門費用紀錄,檢視是否異常並供主管檢視。
5.維護並更新已批准的供應商名單文件。
6.進項稅額登錄、進項調節表編製及營業稅申報作業。
7.配合國稅局查核及會計師查帳所需資料提供。
8.其他工作說明事項及主管交辦事項。
The Accounts Payable are the auditing, processing and timely payment of all hotel disbursements. He/she is also responsible for the preparation of certain expenses accruals and analysis and for closing and reporting purpose.
1.Review all accounts payable supporting document, including reconciliation with vendors or reviewing contracts expenses, and ensure matching invoices and receiving documents are collected to debit A/P in a timely basis.
2.Verify payment due dates and prepare payment lists by vendor with a summary of nature of the payments, and submits with supporting document attached, for final approval.
3.Prepare expense accruals to ensure necessary expenses are correctly booked in monthly closing process
4.Provide expense reports and check for abnormal expenses and provide to supervisors and assist.
5.Maintain, and constantly update, an approved vendor listing file.
6.Record input tax, prepare input tax adjustment schedules, and handle business tax filing.
7.Provide necessary documentation for tax audits by the National Taxation Bureau and external accountants.
8.Handle other tasks outlined in the job description and assigned by supervisors.

-Handle all guest enquiries and room reservations received by phone, email and online channels in a friendly and highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately.
-Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
-Input, update and access data in reservation system according to the hotel standards, policies and procedures
-Prepare reservations reports as requested
-Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
