1. Work with the engineering team to resolve quality issues from the NPI.
2. Facilitate the 8D resolution for SI/ field quality issues to ensure containments, develop and
validate CAs and preventive actions.
3. Verify the quality and performance of products and conduct periodic quality status reporting
and review with customers.
4. Convert the lessons learned into internal process improvements.
5. Manage the suppliers, including the supplier qualification, approval, and audit program.
6. Develop product quality inspection standards, confirm differences in customer quality needs,
and develop a quality control plan.
7. Plan and establish a complete quality assurance course.
-To lead and motivate QA team to achieve quality objective.
-Ensure quality related issues and customer feedbacks are promptly resolved through effective corrective action.
-Initiate and coordinate preventive measures for continuous quality improvement.
-Work interactively with production, sales, customer and vendor to seek improvement on quality issue.
-To plan for department measures based on forecast department needs.
-Drive and lead quality improvement projects.
-Expertise in Quality Standards and Automotive Quality Management e.g. ISO9001, IATF16949, AIAG and VDA6.3
1.Manage and oversee the entire Quality function, including Customer Quality Assurance (CQA), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Quality Systems (QS), and Document Control Center (DCC), to ensure efficient operations aligned with corporate quality objectives.
2.Review and support necessary updates to the Quality Management System (QMS), including the Quality System Manual (QSM) and Quality Policy, to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
3.Serve as the primary interface with suppliers and customers on quality-related issues; lead the resolution of quality problems and ensure timely implementation of effective containment, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA).
