Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Demand Planning
• Prepare weekly sales reporting with offtake data on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Help management in preparing sales meetings and sales pitches
• Assist in the demand planning and sales forecasting process.
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
• Coordinate shipments, customs documentation, and delivery schedules with logistics partners and warehouses.
• Track incoming shipments and handle customs clearance.
• Monitor stock levels and generate weekly stock reports, including shelf-life overviews.
• Oversee relabeling processes to ensure compliance with Taiwan FDA regulations.
• Manage product repackaging, labeling, pricing updates, and product destruction compliance.
Administrative & Office Management
• Approve invoices for office, customs, and other service providers.
• Collect invoices from logistics partners and submit payment requests to Finance.
