Responsibility: - Assist Project Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders. - Maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and change logs. Facilitate and maintain documentation with developers such as playbooks, API documentation, status reports, and change logs. - Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional technology teams (Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, UX Researcher, Software Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Front End Engineer, QA) to ensure smooth project execution. - Track and report project progress, proactively identifying risks and potential blockers. - Facilitate regular project meetings, keeping detailed notes and ensuring action items are assigned and tracked. - Help ensure projects adhere to Agile or other project management methodologies and processes. - Maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and change logs. - Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. - Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that team members are working on prioritized tasks. - Track and monitor project performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
