【About the role】

We are seeking a Product Manager who will manage our next breakthrough product from product concept, product go-to-market all the way through product end of life. This role is especially exciting for someone who’s passionate about driving subscription-based experiences and scaling product-led growth.
User empathy and communication is key to this role! This person will need to channel our users, have a solid grasp of their needs and translate them into well defined product requirements. This person will also need to be capable of effectively leading and facilitating communications and efforts across multiple teams to deliver world-class products that truly address our user's pain points. Experience in UX and/or SCRUM methodology is a plus. S/he must be a creative thinker who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness.
【 What you'll do 】
- Use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform product strategy and prioritize initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities across the user journey — with a focus on subscription growth — and define product requirements to unlock user and business value
- Explore and evaluate multiple app design solutions to address user pain points and improve conversion funnels
- Craft clear user stories and detailed product requirement documents that are easily understood by stakeholders across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market plans and lifecycle strategies
- Act as the SCRUM product owner, managing product execution and sprint planning to deliver high-quality experiences
- Define, implement, and iterate on experiments to optimize key growth metrics
- Own growth performance metrics and reporting, clearly communicating insights, learnings, and impact across the organization
【Who you are】

- 3+ years proven work experience in full cycle product management
- 1+ years experience in B2C industry, IoT product preferred
- Experience in driving product go-to-market and creating product roadmap
- Has strong customer-centric mindset with hands on experience utilizing various requirement definition methods, including user validation, focus group & user interviews
- Strong logical thinking and analysis ability
- Star team player who can effectively communicate and collaborate with people across various functions and departments including but not limited to R&D, Marketing, Logistics and Customer Support
- Experience in Lean Startup and/or SCRUM methodology
- Proven ability to make user and data informed product decisions that would maximize customer values
- Capable of making strategic decisions on prioritization and communicate priorities to stakeholders in a way they understand
- Innovative and open-minded to new ideas and different ways of thinking
- Thrives in a fast paced environment where ambiguity and limited resources is the norm
- Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin in a business setting

5. Factory manufacturing communication
•Proactively engaged with Supply Chain Planning team to understand the mid-long term demand trend of platform requirements
•Play as the control tower of demand and supply planning within factory to ensure end-to-end alignment and provide transparent and reliable integral supply and installation plan by optimizing resources and mitigating risk with cost effective driver.
•Optimize the TNF Manufacturing (FAB/LAB) capacity planning to meet the mid-to-long-term output demands to satisfy the customer requirement date (CRD) for system level and needed date for module output level
•Engage with demand decision and communicate clear planning strategy from master plan change with all internal stakeholders and cascade to downstream
•Make steady rhythm planning and make well communication if change.
•Detect output supply risk and bottleneck timely to align with stakeholders for mitigation plan or even solution to ensure production continuity and output in time to fulfill both internal and external customer requirement
•Avoid material and finish goods idle to cause inefficient inventory
•Drive continuous improvement and efficiency with lean concept
