Application engineer is responsible for tech support to customers. Externally, it is act as technical interface with customers to provide solutions and technical trainings through TSC Academy. Internally, it is the bridge between customer and internal R&D engineering teams. The role of Application Engineer is not only to provide the high-quality technical support for products, but also needs to manage both customer relationships and the technical solution of customer’s requests, deliver customer and partner experience through timely response, cross departments collaboration and execution to engage the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support, including pre-sales/post-sales scoping, troubleshooting, solution providing and close case to engage the projects.
- Collaborate effectively with internal relevant departments for the solution.
- Collect and report the customer feedback and market competitor info
- On-site support key customers to resolve the issues.
- Technical training/partner events for Sales and partners.
- New project product ECAT testing according to user experience.

We are looking for a technical support engineer with problem solving skills, communication skills, strong customer service orientation and experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide post-sale support of cloud storage products and systems to global customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide product technical service to customers for product installation and configuration.
Collect information and reporting bugs and feature requests from customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate advises.
Work with customer and internal teams to develop potential solutions, and assist customers to solve technical problems.
Perform product technical training to customers.
Job Description :
1. 與銷售團隊合作進行公司產品介紹、技術支持、提供解決方案
2. 研發、銷售、行銷部門之間的支援協調工作
3. 提供專業技術咨詢、應用方案及教育訓練給終端客戶和代理商
4. 收集並回報市場需求和客戶意見反饋,提供市場面資訊給內部相關部門
5. 技術文件撰寫
6. 協助判斷分析RMA/DOA的問題
1. Collaborate with the Sales team to provide customer technical consultation
based on project requirements
2. Work with a cross-functional team
3. Deliver end users and distributors with professional consultants, application
solutions, and training courses.
4. Collect market information and customer feedback and share with the product
team.
5. Writing technical document in English (Application Note, Whitepaper, User
Manual)
6. Assist to analysis and handle RMA/DOA issue
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in the Electric / Electronic Engineering
2. Major in one of the following areas: RF design, Wireless/Cellular
Communication, Antenna, etc.
3. Able to understand customer technical requirements and propose optimized
solution and proposal
4. Good team player and excellent communication skills
1. OLED product NPI management, including but not limited to:
i. Project qualification support including: schedule management and issue analysis
ii. Customer relationship management
iii. Primary point of contact on customer's technical inquires and solutions.
2. Enable/ bridge communication among HQ (Korea) and customers (Brand/ODM) to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction.
3. Major point of contact for technical discussions/queries from customers.
