As Customer Service Architect/Consultant, your role features a blend of strategic planning, business analysis, sales optimization and operational management within the customer service domain of the Advantech Service+ (AS+) Business Unit.
We are seeking a highly effective and results-driven Customer Service Architect/Consultant who combines strategic thinking with the ability to close deals successfully. The role will focus on developing and implementing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, conducting strategic business reviews, and collaborating closely with regional and country-level field operations teams
Additionally, this role is expected to provide comprehensive technical leadership and expertise, designing domain-specific service solutions and architectures to support complex engagements, whether as standalone opportunities or in collaboration with multiple business units.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the Advantech Service+ (AS+) Customer Service business, including activities such as developing the sales funnel, engaging with internal / external customers through meetings and consultations, and preparing proposals aligned with Advantech’s established frameworks.
- Oversee the strategic and operational Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for AS+, ensuring seamless execution to drive business growth and success.
- Collaborate with sales teams, country managers, and global support and delivery teams to identify and execute new project opportunities, aligning efforts with business growth objectives.
- Manage complex, value-based service solution offerings, emphasizing long-term - - Value Partnerships. Facilitate co-creation dialogues with customers to design and develop tailored solutions and offerings.
- Possess a deep understanding of local market dynamics to define and implement market strategies for the AS+ portfolio under your responsibility.
- Expand the business and market share by developing opportunities for new elements within the AS+ portfolio.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction to build trust, foster credibility, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
What you will need:
- Hold a university degree in business, a technical or an engineering subject and show extensive professional experience in customer (sales) projects, preferably within the engineering industry
- Possess substantial sales expertise, particularly in large-scale projects and/or service sales, with a proven track record of successfully leading customer negotiations and converting strong customer relationships into measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, with consultative selling experience in a multicultural environment being a significant advantage.
- Excel in developing innovative concepts and solutions, working collaboratively with service business partners to address customer requirements effectively.
- Bring additional professional experience in leading or coordinating international and cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, or project management.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in the local AIoT market, including its economics, with a clear understanding of current trends and challenges
