About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and people-focused professional to join our team as the HR & Admin Officer. This dual-role position plays a critical role in driving talent acquisition efforts while supporting key HR administrative functions to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary Focus)
• Partner with the People & Culture Lead in Taiwan to ensure timely, respectful, and professional communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for positions across Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong and Beijing.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent, maintaining a strong and diverse candidate pipeline.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications in alignment with role requirements and organizational values.
• Draft and publish internal/external job postings, develop position descriptions, and manage applicant tracking.
• Oversee and coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new hires.
• Stay up to date on recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve hiring processes.
HR Administration
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal HR events and activities, including benefits enrollment, all-staff meetings, employee recognition programs, and special celebrations.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a people-centric approach.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
• Contribute to regional People & Culture initiatives and projects as assigned by the People & Culture Lead in Taiwan.
• Collaborate with HR team members to support ongoing departmental administrative operations and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources

• High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in English is essential, as the role involves regular communication with international colleagues and conducting interviews in English.
