Job Description
• Primary liaison of key client representatives. Provides guidance while overseeing projects throughout the entire discovery life cycle of litigation including early case assessment, collections, culling and filtering, ESI, processing, hosting, document reviews, document production, and data storage.
• Oversees client and project requirements. Updates the record date of the status of all projects being worked on.
• Ensures the delivery of high quality, accurate projects through routine verification and communication between clients, and their internal legal teams, and ULD employees.
• Prepares, implements, and maintains ULD's best practices and standard operating procedures in cooperation with project management, technology, and managers.
• Account Managers are expected to carry out and support ULD's goal of maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by successfully managing client relationships, meeting and exceeding delivery deadlines, and effectively managing time while handling multiple and competing demands.
• Must possess a mature understanding of the legal landscape, knowledge of the litigation process, and e-discovery technologies and services.
• Consultative sales approach — Understand and assess client needs to formulate solutions while considering client's budget and timeline expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with prospects, clients, and internal staff.
• Account Managers responsibilities include being highly availability for clients, serving as client's first point of contact, drafting proposals, engagement letters, entering client and project information into a CRM system, drafting work orders and statements of work, reporting, checking invoices for accuracy and making sure they are sent in a timely manner.
• Working in collaboration with operations, client services, and other sales personnel to provide clients with service excellence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
