■ What You’ll Do
This role is key contact point for Taiwan and Japan customer to order parts and services under GCC (Global Contact Center).
■ Key Responsibilities
1. 中日語雙語輪班人員/需配合四班二輪(3個月日班, 3個月夜班。每日工時 12hr, 做二休二)
2. Create under limited supervision quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer
3. Create under limited supervision and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP
4. Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met
5. Handle customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and fax
6. Generate reports & track orders, opportunities, booking and shipment
7. Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
8. Develop basic knowledge of AMAT products
9. Customer parts, return, repair, service requests interaction and processing
10. Quote, part# inquiry, problem parts, pricing issue follow up and update
■ 輪班說明:
1. 採四班二輪制並支付輪班津貼: 大夜班(每月NTD 15,000),大日班(每月NTD 7,500)
2. 大夜班(晚上七點至隔天上午七點)與大日班(上午七點至當日下午七點)
3. 每一班表十二小時,實際工作時間十小時,休息兩小時
4. 每三個月調換日、夜班表一次
■ Qualifications
1. 日文檢定 JLPT N1, and TOEIC750 or above
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in any Majors. International Business and business administration are preferred
3. Welcome NCG (New College Graduate) without working experience, 1 year above experience in order management is preferred
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills 優秀的中文及日文電話溝通技巧、文書溝通流利
5. Personality with positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
■ Preferred Qualifications
1. 熟悉SAP操作,有訂單管理相關經驗尤佳
2. Customer Service experience
