Achieve sales quota from assigned existing accounts and potential sales leads from global countries except
North America.
[What you need to do]
1. Account management work
1) Recruit new SI (system integration), Contractor and End User to new project win
2) Manage existing SI, Contractor and EU with existing and new contacts to repeat buy in order to maximize
revenue
3) Introduce, train and update suitable products, solutions according to account profile
2. Project management work
1) Project to solution design according to end user requirement, budget and competition
2) Project to price and payment term management in order to maximize win rate
3) Co-work with supply-chain team for project fulfillment and payment
4) Co-work with tech support team to run effective installation, end user acceptance test, and post service

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead business development at the distribution level within the defined region, with opportunities for business travel.
2. Develop channel relationships and the opening of channels to drive distribution within the defined region.
3. Maintain sales forecast, achieving quarterly and yearly revenue and profit targets.
4. Prepare offers, price and contract negotiations with customers.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies for the defined region to drive market penetration of existing product portfolio.
6. Collaborate with executives and corporate teams to establish and execute sales and branding goals, familiar with operational and online document collaboration tools.
7. Maintain and observe competitors’ landscape to determine threats and business potential.
Requirements:
1. 1~3 years of experience in sales or business development in the PC Hardware industry. Preferably experience in APAC.
2. A bachelor's degree in business or channel sales related experience.
3. Track record of successful customer acquisition and business development.
4. Understand the PC Gaming and PC Components landscape and partners.
5. Fluency in English, exceptional written and verbal presentation, communication, interpersonal skills. Fluency in APAC languages Preferred.
6. Excellent time management skills and ability to independently organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently under time pressure.
7. Basic knowledge of sales data analysis for driving sales strategy internally and externally.
8. Passion about the PC industry and where it’s headed & knowledge of where it’s come from.
