Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for express parcel delivery services by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to drive business acquisition and revenue expansion.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, and virtual meetings to acquire new customers and foster long-term business relationships.
Maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Territory & Account Management
Strategically manage and develop the assigned geographic area or customer segment to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Continuously analyze sales performance and market dynamics to refine business strategies.
4. Sales Presentations & Negotiations
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our express logistics solutions.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
5. Data Management & Market Intelligence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights in internal systems.
Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and business growth.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service teams, to facilitate seamless onboarding and service execution for new clients.
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management by providing comprehensive handover documentation and support
*POSITION SUMMARY:
• To prepare, complete, and distribute pertinent shipping documents to all appropriate parties.
• Keep smooth communication with customers and global agents for cargo transportation.
• Supply good service to customers and agents.
**PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare shipping arrangement , and consolidation with customer’s documents, House bills of lading and any other documentation deemed necessary to complete an export transaction. Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of export cargo.
• De-consolidate import cargoes and arrange hand over and delivery of import documents and shipments.
• Input data into the system to create file, shippers export declaration transmission, invoice to client and shipment tracing update.
• Assist in tracing and following up cargo to ocean destination to ensure prompt delivery of freight.
• Other duties as assigned to the position.
