職位概述 Overview 端傳媒正在尋找一位技術導向的全職產品經理，負責管理與優化我們的會員、訂閱與內容產品系統。此職位將專注於設計與整合高彈性、可維護的產品架構，涵蓋 API 串接、自建模組、第三方工具整合與資料流動設計，確保產品基礎能長期支撐成長並具備自主可控性。 Initium Media is seeking a technically-minded Product Manager to lead the planning and execution of our membership, subscription, and content infrastructure. This role will focus on designing scalable, maintainable product architecture, integrating third-party tools and in-house modules, and ensuring secure, flexible data and system flows to support long-term product evolution and control. 主要職責 Key Responsibilities -負責系統架構設計與產品整合規劃，涵蓋會員登入、訂閱邏輯、付款與內容權限 Own system architecture design and product integration planning, covering login, subscription logic, payment, and content access -撰寫具備技術實施細節的產品需求文件，定義 API 行為、Webhook 流程與資料格式 Write technically detailed product requirements, defining API behaviors, webhook flows, and data schema -統籌整合並管理第三方平台（Stripe, IAP, CRM, paywall services 等） Coordinate the integration and management of third-party services (e.g., Stripe, IAP, CRM, paywall tools) -與外包團隊、第三方服務商以及設計、行銷、營運團隊統籌協作，推動產品需求落地 Coordinate with outsourced teams, third-party vendors, and design, marketing, and operations teams to implement product requirements -主導使用者與訂閱資料的遷移與重構，確保資料完整性與權限一致性 Lead the migration and redesign of user and subscription data with strong attention to integrity and access consistency -設計會員系統及數據架構的長期路線圖，支援跨平台一致體驗 Maintain long-term roadmap for membership system and data architecture, ensuring unified Web/App user experience 理想條件 Ideal Qualifications -3–5 年以上產品管理經驗，具 API-based 平台或 SaaS 後端產品設計經驗者優先 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally with API-based platforms or SaaS backend systems -熟悉系統架構設計與資料整合，能與工程團隊討論實作細節與技術選型 Strong understanding of system architecture and data design; comfortable engaging in implementation details and technical decisions -熟悉 WordPress 架構、資料結構與 Plugin 生態，具備插件／會員系統整合經驗尤佳 Experience with the WordPress ecosystem, plugins, and membership systems is a plus -能理解付款流程、Webhook 通知、訂閱狀態變化與權限控制邏輯 Able to understand payment flows, webhook events, subscription lifecycle logic, and content access control -了解跨平台登入與用戶狀態同步的相關技術 Familiarity with cross-platform login and user state synchronization -具備多種支付平台整合經驗，尤其熟悉 Stripe 與 In-App Purchase 共存環境下的用戶體驗設計、收入同步與交易資料整合挑戰 Experience with multi-payment gateway environments, particularly the challenges of integrating Stripe with In-App Purchases, including user experience consistency, revenue reconciliation, and transaction data consolidation -能獨立撰寫中英文技術文件與規格說明，擅長在工程與業務團隊之間進行有效溝通 Proficient in writing bilingual (Chinese/English) documentation; strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
