Jr. Carrier Testing Engineer | 北美營運商認證測試工程師

[ Primary Responsibilities ] • Execute 4G/5G T-Mobile, AT&T & VZW Operator acceptance test plans on R&S CMW 500, Anritsu ME78734NR, and Keysight UXM Protocol Tester. • Work directly with external clients including conference call, Project manager, Key Account manager, and Technical leads in order to ensure the client’s product runs smoothly through the testing process. • Understand North America Operators certification requirements and certification timelines. [ Specific Responsibilities ] • Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfill SGS quality requirements. • Ensure effective communication with team members and customers to achieve appropriate levels of understanding of and commitment to successful completion of a project. • Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by the project type and customer wishes. • Communicate effectively with client. • Support client meetings as required. • Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfill SGS quality requirements. [ Skills / Competencies ] • Minimum 2 years working experience in the cellular wireless business/North America operators protocol testing experience. • Understanding of 4G/5G 3GPP Protocol/ North America operators acceptance Protocol Testing. • Highly organized. • Prior experience in a customer facing role. • Good communication skills – both verbal and written. • Able to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy and maturity. • Effective interpersonal skills – able to develop positive working relationships with people at all levels, both SGS colleagues and external client and partners. • Able to adopt a flexible approach to work and react effectively to a rapidly changing environment. • Familiar with Wireless certification bodies: 3GPP, PTCRB, CTIA, GCF. • Worked in the wireless industry with understanding of test house certification process highly desirable.
