Process Engineer

Job Description: 1. Excellent communication skills with colleagues around the globe and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose resolving hypotheses and build plans to verify them. 3. Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC). 4. Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) principles. 5. Experience in process stability, cost reduction, and yield and productivity improvement. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering major. 2. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
