Firmware Project Manager -IP Camera development (監視攝影機研發中心)

We are seeking a highly organized and technically savvy Program level Firmware PMO to manage and coordinate firmware development projects for our IP camera product line. This role will work closely with engineering teams, product managers and project managers located in Europe, Asia and the US to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of firmware projects on time and within scope. Project Planning & Coordination: • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for firmware development cycles. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including firmware, hardware, software, and QA. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements. Project Execution: • Manage FW program release • Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues. • Facilitate agile/scrum ceremonies and project meetings. • Drive collaboration between global R&D centers • Process Improvement & Compliance: • Implement best practices in firmware development lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Improve documentation and change management processes (e.g., version control, release notes). Stakeholder Management: • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and executives. • Serve as the main point of contact for firmware release planning across the product lifecycle. Tools & Reporting: • Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) to manage deliverables and timelines. • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
