資深軟裝設計師 (一年合約) Senior FF&E Designer (1-Year Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION｜職位描述 A Senior FF&E Designer shall produce FF&E Design solutions for the Company’s hospitality projects; working with the Interior Design team to establish a cohesive look and feel. 資深軟裝設計師需要為公司的飯店專案提供軟裝設計方案，跟室內設計團隊配合並建立符合專案的風格及凝聚此專案的元素。 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES｜主要職責 1. Coordinate and work with Interior Design team in the development of overall design concepts, style and colour palette; 與室內設計部門協調合作，共同發展整體的設計理念、風格及顏色搭配。 2. Put together mood boards & material boards 準備風格材料板。 3. Produce specifications, schedules and material references; approved colours, finishes, materials required into a spec book on various scales. 製作材料規格，時間安排及材料檔，將核准的顏色、飾面，材料需求融合成材料表。 4. Sourcing of decorative items 裝飾用品的搜尋 5. Factory visits to ensure made-to-order furniture, light fixtures, etc. are made to design specifications, quality and on time. 至工廠以確保訂單傢俱、燈具等按照設計規格、品質按進度製作。 6. Put together decoration design presentation, present decoration proposals to the team leader for review. 準備軟裝設計簡報，並提供軟裝建議書給專案主管審核。
