Job Description: As an HR Consultant at Deloitte PMI Executive Search service you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for our esteemed clients. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing the specific needs of our clients while executing recruitment projects with precision and professionalism. Your expertise in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, recruitment contract negotiations, and relationship management will be crucial to our success. Key Responsibilities: • Explore and understand the specific requirements and expectations of our clients for each recruitment project. • Execute recruitment projects with meticulous attention to details, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with talented candidates, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. • Talent Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Profiling, and conducting Assessment to utilize various methodologies to identify qualified potential candidates who align with clients' needs and requirements. • Capabilities of undertaking the whole process of Interview Coordination, Follow-up and Feedback, Rejection Management, Expectation Management. Coordinate and provide transparency and guidance throughout the recruitment process. • Market Research, Provide insightful market intelligence to clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations to support their hiring decisions. • Achieve and exceed recruitment goals and performance metrics established by management. • Leadership experience of leading global talent acquisition projects to success. • Strictly implement, follow, and apply Deloitte Global Risk, Regulations, and Compliance Practice.

• Bachelor degrees above in Business & Finance, Innovations & Technology, Human Resource, Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of relevant experience in HR consulting, Global Talent acquisition, Executive Search practice. • 5+ years of leadership experience leading global project fulfillment to success. • Proven experience in HR consulting or executive search firm environment, with a strong track record of successful recruitment projects. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational abilities and attention to details, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to consistently meet or exceed performance targets. • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
