Acquire, manage, and develop a smart, enthusiastic, curious, and integrated team of professionals to execute strategic and tactical programs and campaigns. Tactical Role: Utilize a range of applicable and integrated marketing and communications tools, programs, and campaigns to meet and exceed defined business objectives. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION: • 8+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or related fields; leadership role experience is a plus. • Preferably background in the B2B Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or high technology industry. • Experience working in an international company, with a working understanding of global market dynamics and cultural differences. • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for international collaboration and public speaking. • Strong Digital Skills, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Google, Baidu, and local platform strategy development and execution experience. • Expertise in product marketing and marketing communications, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns. • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage diverse audiences. • Strong multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. • Creative, detail-oriented, and critical thinker with the ability to craft high-impact marketing content. • Excellent project management skills and ability to execute tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
