1. Work closely with the project team to review project-related permits, official correspondence and regulatory documents for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness. 2. Provide legal analysis and advice for interdisciplinary teams on project permitting and development, construction, corporate governance, and compliance issues. 3. Monitor, identify, research, and analyze company policies, regulatory changes, compliance requirements, court decisions, and general legal and risk management issues related to the company's Taiwan operations. 4. Scrutinize project and payment related documents for the internal approval process. 5. Deal with company secretarial matters, including handling board meeting documentation, regulatory filings for cooperate registrations, as well as filings of statutory documents with the Ministry of Economic Affairs. 6. Review and revise a wide range of contracts (majority in English) such as NDA, employment, lease, EPC, development, finance, share transfer agreements, as well as other legal documents that arise from the day-to-day operation of the business. 7. Assist in litigation and enforcement matters. 8. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Legal Officer or senior attorney.

1. At least three years of work experience in an international law firm or an internationally operating company. 2. Admitted to Taiwan Bar. LLM degree in Taiwan or overseas would be a plus. 3. High level proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. 4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with good judgment, maturity, and flexibility. 5. Attention to details and good interpersonal skills. 6. Well-organized and able to manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously in a timely manner. 7. Passion for and knowledge of renewable industry, relevant business models, regulatory framework, energy project permitting, and compliance guidelines. 8. With a sense of humor.
