Job Overview We are seeking for a Project Assistant to support our international sourcing, procurement, and projects.This role acts as the key link between suppliers, customers and internal teams ensuring smooth project execution from sourcing to shipment. Key Responsibilities • following up on the progress of action items and other tasks and reporting to the manager • working together with internal teams to ensure sourcing, procurement, project management activities • maintaining procurement records, pricing data, and supplier evaluations • monitoring production progress and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of shipments • preparing and managing project documentation related to products, shipments, and customer requirements. • providing administrative support when necessary • updating and organizing project files, such as meeting minutes and progress reports

Qualifications & Skills • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar industry or job function, solid knowledge and understanding of international business, procurement processes, policies, and systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). • Knowledge of website or catalogue editing software (e.g., WordPress, InDesign)and AI tools is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. (German is a plus.) • Strong time management skills—ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff. • Goal-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a problem-solving attitude. • Able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
