About the Opportunity: We are a leading cryptocurrency exchange seeking a VIP Assistant to provide high-quality support and relationship management for our most valued clients. This role does not require extensive industry experience and is well-suited for candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality (e.g., hotel guest relations), luxury retail, airline customer relations, or other high-end service industries. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive, ensuring VIP clients receive an exceptional experience. Responsibilities: ● VIP Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. ● Real-Time Communication: Act as the first point of contact for VIP inquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and personalized responses via chat, email, or calls. ● Request Coordination & Follow-Up: Track and manage VIP requests, ensuring all issues and requirements are addressed and resolved efficiently. ● Concierge-Level Support: Offer a premium client experience, anticipating VIP needs and proactively providing solutions. ● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Customer Support, Business Development, and Product teams) to ensure a seamless VIP experience. Requirement: ● Experience in customer service, hospitality (e.g., hotel guest relations), luxury retail, airline customer relations, or other high-end service industries, preferably handling high-value clients. ● Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), with excellent communication skills to support a global VIP client base. ● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. ● Comfortable handling high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional and service-focused approach. ● Prior experience handling international clientele is a plus.
