Who are we looking for: The candidate will be responsible for driving the development and growth for MacDermid Alpha's Semiconductor and Assembly Solutions (SAS) business at identified Strategic Accounts. Besides being personally responsible on one or more accounts, part of the job involves the creation and execution of the strategic account plans in close collaboration with Business Unites, Senior Management and other regions. The candidate effortlessly manages stakeholders across the organization and can work with and mobilizes others in the execution of the plans. A natural leader and role model strategic account manager that encourages and enjoys structure and who feels responsible to mentor, guide and support his team and others in the organization to be successful. Key Responsibilities: • Takes the lead in the strategic account planning process for strategic OSAT accounts with performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for multiple years using strategic account plans • Meets year-over-year assigned revenue and margin targets for profitable sales volume growth and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel and management (Up to C-level) in assigned customer accounts. • Conduct communication including key negotiations and contracts with customers. • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. • Leads solution development and value creation efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. • Encourages global collaboration between team members, adjacent departments, and business units. • Key measures include but are not limited to performance vs business plan, new business and opportunity development, share of wallet/market, quality of customer relationships, success rate, forecast accuracy, etc. Qualifications: • At minimum master's degree or equivalent in engineering is required; an advanced degree or additional education including on the job is preferred • Successful track record selling in a solution-oriented, products and services, long-term contract model. • Familiar with business of Semi-assembly, power electronic assembly and advanced packaging from key point of the market, technology and customer. • A proven B2B enterprise sales leader with at least 10+ years of semiconductor related industry and domain experience of which 5+ years of commercial experience at a materials supplier (plating solutions, packaging materials) in sales or sales management and key account management across the region and globe. • Experienced in working in a virtual environment and a willingness to travel up to 50% where needed. • Detail-oriented and highly skilled at the Microsoft Office and working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com on a daily basis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, to motivate customers, staff, and executives inside and outside the organization, through letters, presentations, and project updates and proposals
