Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the e-commerce and digital marketing strategy for our skincare brand in Taiwan. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through digital platforms, social media, and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Taiwan skincare and beauty industry trends, a proven track record in digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive business success. Key Responsibilities: ●Strategic Marketing & Business Growth ●Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on e-commerce growth, social media engagement, and digital marketing to strengthen brand presence. ●Lead product launches and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales performance. ●Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. ●Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand positioning. Digital & E-commerce Management ●Manage and optimize brand presence across e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital channels to maximize conversions and customer engagement. ●Develop and implement SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and content strategies to enhance digital performance. ●Monitor KPIs and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously refine marketing efforts. ●Identify new digital opportunities and stay ahead of emerging trends in the beauty and skincare industry. People Leadership & Team Development ●Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. ●Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance. ●Set clear goals and performance expectations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. ●Inspire and motivate the team to embrace challenges, adapt to changes, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Stakeholder & Team Management ●Work closely with the regional and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. ●Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture. ●Ensure marketing initiatives comply with industry regulations and company standards while enhancing the brand’s reputation. Qualifications & Requirements: ●Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or a related field. ●Proven track record (5+ years) in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management within the skincare or beauty industry is a plus, but not mandatory ●Strong understanding of Taiwan skincare and beauty market, including consumer behavior and key industry trends. ●Excellent digital marketing expertise, including social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing. ●Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with regional and global teams. ●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. ●Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth. ●Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
