【The Role】 With minimal supervision, oversee the establishment, development, and operation of Cleanroom facilities in Kaohsiung and Hsinchu, ensuring global consistency in experimental results. 【In this role you will】 - Collaborate with R&D Development Managers to develop and execute strategy for Cleanroom operation that will deliver process engineering capability at the regional level. Ensure that Cleanroom capabilities are based on industry direction and standards as well as in-sync with other Global Cleanrooms. - Manage the operation of laboratory and cleanroom facilities and equipment. Specify and procure required equipment. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of process equipment and other related equipment. Establish and institute appropriate processes and procedures to insure minimal contamination, effective operation of facility and process engineering excellence. - Identify, select, manage, and develop Cleanroom personnel. Coordinate the development of training programs and training documentation programs for all process equipment. - Manage Cleanroom and process engineering capability and innovation simultaneously to achieve goals within established timelines 【Traits we believe make a strong candidate】 • Educational level equivalent to completion of a M.S. degree in engineering, physical science, material science, or related fields. • 10 years of direct experience with CMP process and/or managing a High Technology Cleanroom, preferably in an R&D environment. • Experience with metrology equipment and technology transfer between development and manufacturing in a Cleanroom environment will be a plus. • At least 5 years experience in managing personnel. • Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize diverse technology solutions in a fast-paced environment. • Strong project management skills. • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with managers, engineers, and technologists. • Demonstrated ability to establish equipment-operating procedures, document these procedures, and train others in appropriate use of equipment. • Demonstrated experience with cleanroom protocols and safety policies • Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills and attention to details. • Excellent oral and written communications in English.
