What you’ll achieve As a Product Operations Engineer, you will be engaging to product design and global manufactory and drive strategies and action plans for new product introduction from early design to mass production. You will work with internal core team, extended team and suppliers on notebook developments. You will: Decide, initiates and owns large scale projects; proactively coordinates team engagement. Sets priorities within and between projects based on critical need for the business; anticipates implications associated with a chosen course of action Leads core team with some direction Ability to manage team through influence Direct knowledge and understanding of all core team functions Leads extended team with some direction Ability to manage team through influence Direct knowledge and understanding of all extended team functions Develops and manages FP (Functional Plan) for complex product launches and for complex fulfillment models
