工作內容

Job Overview We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our international sourcing, procurement, and project management activities. This role acts as the key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution from sourcing to shipment. Key Responsibilities 1. Sourcing & Procurement • Identify and evaluate suitable manufacturers, arrange audits, quality control, and after-sales service. • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize pricing and terms. • Maintain procurement records, pricing data, and supplier evaluations. 2. Project Coordination & Logistics • Monitor production progress and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of shipments. • Prepare and manage project documentation related to products, shipments, and customer requirements. • Collaborate with internal and international teams to align project goals with company objectives. • Utilize ERP/iScala system for order and shipment management. 3. Customer & Business Development Support • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently to maximize satisfaction. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic customer engagement. • Support the promotion of products and services to existing and potential customers. • Maintain and update company website and product catalogues (preferred but not required).

Qualifications & Skills • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar industry or job function, solid knowledge and understanding of international business, procurement processes, policies, and systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). • Knowledge of website or catalogue editing software (e.g., WordPress, InDesign)and AI tools is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. German is a plus. • Strong time management skills—ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff. • Goal-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a problem-solving attitude. • Able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
