1. New business support • Provide relevant logistic solutions and costs during the quotation phase. • Monitor the smoothness of initial shipments. 2. Freight expert • Sea Freight Costs: Monitoring the allocation of contract prices and the reasonableness of transit times. • Air Freight Costs: Reasonableness of air freight costs. • Inland Transportation: Monitoring load rates. • Other Logistics Costs: Monitoring reasonableness. • Establishing a freight cost platform. 3. Global tank container management • Establish and maintain a global tank data platform, including the master data and current status of the tank. 4. Transportation Management • Oversee the hazardous materials transportation application process for carriers. • Control process for transportation documents (SDS and tank truck verification certificate updates). • Manage customer requirements (e.g., special customer requests, carrier operational capability surveys, and contractor agreement organization and signing, etc.). • Create HF transportation manifests. • Be familiar with all transportation-related regulations.
