工作簡介: 這個職位是一個透過管理行政任務和確保順利銷售營運來支持台灣/香港/澳門主要策略市場以實現業務銷售目標的關鍵角色。 它不但提供了了解市場的絕佳機會,並且具有機會被培養晉升為區域銷售主管或團隊領導等職位。 工作職責: • 區域銷售目標:協助團隊達成年度區域銷售目標。 • 訂單處理:準確高效地處理客戶訂單,確保及時交付客戶所需的產品與服務。 • 銷售支持:協助銷售人員準備銷售資源與報告,提供業務支持,並確保客戶與銷售數據正確性,以 精確管理與審查SFDC上的銷售機會,提升業務成交率。 • 客戶服務:作為聯絡窗口,解決客戶問題並提供客戶所需的產品與服務資訊。 • 客戶關係:續維護與優化客戶關係。 • 溝通與協作:透過360度跨部門溝通與協調,確保訂單出貨流程順利以達成銷售業績目標。 • 數據分析:協助業務製作業務部定期銷售報告 (例如: 每雙週業務報告, 季度業務報告。) About the job : This is a key role in leading & supporting the key strategic markets in TW/HK/MO by managing administrative tasks, support outside Sales and ensuring smooth sales operations. It provides the great opportunity to learn the market & potentially to be developed as the team leader role to continuously nurture & optimize your career path especially in sales & marketing perspectives. Responsibilities : • Regional sales target achievement: Lead & support Sales to achieve the assigned annual sales target. • Order Processing: - Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. - Ensure timely delivery of products and services. • Sales Support: - Support the outside sales with preparing sales materials, presentations, reports and required support for sales activity. - Manage and review the SFDC system with accurate customer and sales data for project pipeline management. • Customer Service: Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing information about products and services. • Customer relationship maintenance & enhancement: Maintain the existing customers’ relationship (Account Management) • Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and address any operational issues to support sales • Reporting: Support sales to prepare regular sales reports (e.g., Biweekly report, QBR report) and update self’s OKR performance metrics.

工作所需條件: • 大專以上,商管相關學士學位優先。 • 具銷售支援3年以上經驗 • 具SFDC系統經驗者尤佳 • 具組織力及多任務處理能力 • 優秀的溝通及人際交往能力 • 熟悉MS Office (Excel需熟練) • 細心度、執行力、客戶為中心、高品質服務 Qualifications : • Education: College diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus. • Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.
