About The Role We're looking for a Sr. Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. Are you an aspiring Fintech Professional looking to broaden your skill-set at a fast-growing company? If so, we'd love to meet you! The Sr. Business Operations Associate is responsible for structuring and optimizing the internal business operations processes. In the Nogle Business Operations team, you will be working with front office, technology team, and global operations team to study, define, and execute the optimal process improvement plans. You will also be in the key role of driving and monitoring new project launches to support our business needs and make sure the operationalization plan is executed without hurdles. What You Will Be 1. A strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer to support the growth and optimization of Nogle fintech and cryptocurrency business verticals across the world, translating business goals into team-level strategies and execution plans. 2. An important cross-functional influencer to collaborate with many teams that do not directly sit in the same location as you, but are critical to the successful execution of your plan, including Business Development, Product Management, Technology, Customer Service, Financial supports, Marketing and many more. 3. A competent, decisive, and optimistic team player with the potential to be a future leader of the operation project team that can rally many stakeholders to achieve a shared business goal. What you will do 1. Initiate and manage internal projects, such as creating or redesigning internal processes to address customer and employee pain points and improve business efficiency. 2. Create monitoring processes with internal stakeholders to ensure business operations is functioning well across different teams to provide good quality of service to customers. 3. Work with different stakeholders to make sure new projects/products are delivered with good quality within a committed timeline. 4. Drive and provide regular updates to the leadership council on the overall business roadmap, project status, business targets, achievements, etc. 5. Design new business operations structure and work with various functional teams to firm up the corporate strategy by leveraging data of user behaviors, trading behaviors, macro and industry insights. 6. Monitor and study the overall fintech industry development and to work with the business development team to explore new opportunities. What you will need 1. At least 5 years of work experience, including time spent in product management, project management, business operation office, or other relevant experience in fast fast-moving environment. 2. Fluency in both English and Mandarin in reading, writing, and speaking is required. 3. Strong logical thinking capability to consume information and develop constructive and detailed project execution plans to solve real business problems. 4. Project management skills to interact with different stakeholders, to collect information, build up frameworks, and follow through the execution and monitoring of outcomes. 5. Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders, leadership team, and coworkers are crucial. 6. Passionate in the financial technology industry and are eager to take on new challenges to adopt market trends. 7. Appetite to take smart risks in a fast-moving fintech business environment. 8. Team player who doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves to do the day-to-day work. 9. Experience in fintech industry, such as payment or cryptocurrency is a plus. 10. Experience of implementing BI tools, such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI is a plus. 11. Education in business administration or the relevant experience is a plus.
