Role: • Own the Product Roadmap – Define and execute a data-informed strategy for growth and engagement. • Lead Design & Aesthetic Vision – Ensure a seamless, elegant, and engaging user experience. • Optimize with Data – Use analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to refine features and improve retention. • Launch & Scale – Drive successful web/app launches with a focus on usability and business impact. • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with engineering, design, and marketing to align execution with goals. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in UX/UI with a track record of launching successful web services/apps. • Data-driven mindset – Strong ability to interpret user analytics and A/B testing results. • Aesthetic sensibility – Ability to shape an intuitive, visually compelling product experience. • Experience with AI, video-based learning, or content curation is a plus. • Entrepreneurial mindset – Comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving startup.
