We are seeking a motivated recruiter to help us find qualified local employees in Japan. The primary responsibility will be sourcing and recruiting talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final selection. 【Job Responsibilities】 • Use various recruitment channels to source suitable candidates for the Japan office. • Facilitate the entire interview process and conduct interviews with hiring managers. • Meet the recruitment target for 2025 within the scheduled timeline and budget. • Maintain a database of candidates and track progress throughout the recruitment process. • Manage recruiters and drive the recruiters to source right candidates to VE. • Provide candidates with information about the company and job roles. • Assist with ad hoc projects as required. ⇢Expected Contract Duration: 6 months

⇢Candidates can be based in either the Taipei office or the Tokyo office (local hire). Requirements: • Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2). • Business-level English. • At least 8 years of experience in recruitment. • Familiar with Japanese culture. • Related industry experience is a plus. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects. • Knowledge of Japanese recruitment practices and labor law is preferred.
