[Sales Department Introduction] To develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans to meet customers and our needs, which allows both parties achieve business goals. [Role Purpose] To support EC intervention project to further help EC business development. [Main Accountabilities] 1. EC fundamental intervention project to improve CARS and shopper environment. 2. Face care key competitor analysis and help on EC promotion strategy design 3. EC fundamental intervention project to improve on-hand material efficiency. 4. Coupang shopping environment and key brands status analysis. [Knowledge, Skills and Experience] 1. University Degree in Business / Marketing 2. Final internship before graduation 3. Related internship experience will be a plus 4. Microsoft office especially Excel and Power Point 5. Ability to work within fast growing environments and passion for growth and willing to learn 6. Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude 7. Flexibility, hands-on approach, ability to handle multi-tasks 8. Mature personality, self-motivated, positive attitude 9.
