====== About the Role ====== The Director of Business Development is responsible for shaping and executing InstaVoxel’s global sales strategy outside of North America, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. This role is primarily strategic and leadership-driven, ensuring the success of sales initiatives, optimizing pricing strategies with Engineering, and mentoring the Business Development team. While focusing on high-level strategy, the Director will also be actively involved in closing major deals and managing key client relationships. This position requires a high-impact, results-driven leader who excels in B2B environments, has a strong grasp of technical sales, and thrives in a fast-paced startup setting. 1) Sales & Client Management • Develop and execute a global sales strategy (excluding North America) aligned with InstaVoxel’s growth objectives. • Identify and pursue key partnerships and enterprise accounts worldwide. • Lead negotiations and close major deals, ensuring long-term client relationships. 2) Pricing & Revenue Optimization • Determine pricing strategies in collaboration with Engineering. • Ensure all custom quotes are competitive, profitable, and aligned with market trends. 3) Leadership & Team Development • Mentor and develop the Business Development team, fostering growth. • Oversee sales training programs, ensuring expertise in negotiation and pricing. • Establish a scalable sales structure for future expansion. 4) Cross-Department Collaboration • Work with Marketing to align sales efforts with lead generation. • Partner with Engineering & Operations for seamless order fulfillment. • Manage client expectations in case of delays or modifications. ====== Required Qualifications & Experience ====== 1) 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in on-demand manufacturing, CNC machining, or 3D printing. 2) Proven success in enterprise sales and revenue growth. 3) Exceptional English skills required – must demonstrate advanced proficiency in writing, reading, speaking, and listening 4) Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills for high-value contracts. 5) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup and adapt quickly. ====== Preferred Qualifications ====== 1) Experience in APAC, Europe, or global market expansion. 2) Background in industrial or engineering-related sales. 3) Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). ====== Why Join Us? ====== ✔ Make an Impact – Drive the growth of a high-scale manufacturing company. ✔ Work Globally – Expand InstaVoxel’s presence in international markets. ✔ Career Growth – Lead and develop a high-performing team. ✔ Startup Culture – Expect dynamic challenges and fast decision-making. ✔ Ownership & Accountability – Every role impacts growth; adaptability is key. **1c-1(GLB | Ver.2502)
