CRM Program Excellence: • Develop and implement CRM programs in alignment with regional guidelines while adapting them to local market needs. • Introduce and adapt external solutions when necessary to optimize the CRM program execution. Consumer Behaviour Analysis: • Design and execute local CRM strategies, leveraging marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty. • Manage and analyse CRM membership data and consumer behaviour to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the marketing and retail teams to enhance campaign planning, retail performance, and post-launch evaluations. • Generate and deliver regular CRM reports on membership retention performance, setting KPIs by counter and marketing campaigns while monitoring and tracking progress. • Provide targeted customer name lists to support retail beauty consultants (BCs) and the marketing & digital team as needed. Other Responsibilities: • Plan and manage the CRM and database analysis budget within allocated limits. • Handle customer complaints and service inquiries through the hotline, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. • Strong expertise in data analysis is required; experience in a research agency is preferred. Additional knowledge in beauty, retail marketing, or CRM is a plus. • Excellent proficiency in English is essential. • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in data analysis, data marketing, or a business management related field. • Proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrates a positive mindset.
