1. CRM Strategy Development and Execution •Develop and implement data-driven CRM strategies to achieve customer retention, engagement, and sales growth objectives. •Optimize CRM systems and processes to ensure seamless digital communication and personalized customer experiences. •Analyze consumer insights, behaviors, and market research to develop impactful communication strategies. •Address business challenges by proposing and executing data-informed CRM solutions. 2. Campaign Planning and Execution •Develop an annual CRM plan aligned with business goals and customer lifecycle stages. •Create and execute engaging communication content across digital channels such as email, SMS, line push notifications, and social media. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams/agency/developer to ensure flawless campaign execution. •Follow merchandising guidelines and manage POSM (in-store and digital ) development to maintain brand consistency. 3. Data Analysis and Insights •Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, derive insights, and identify opportunities for optimization. •Generate detailed performance reports, conduct periodic reviews, and provide actionable recommendations through post-campaign evaluations to drive continuous improvement and enhance future strategies. 4. E-Commerce and Digital Integration •Leverage CRM tools to enhance the online ordering experience and drive repeat purchases. •Align CRM campaigns with broader e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, including retargeting and loyalty programs. •Stay updated on trends and technologies to introduce innovative solutions for improved customer engagement. 5. Administrative and System Management •Manage CRM databases, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with data protection regulations. •Provide routine sales and performance reports to stakeholders and support troubleshooting efforts related to CRM systems and campaigns.
