• Work closely with customers to architect system solutions that incorporate Infineon's DCDC controller portfolio of Hot-swap controllers, e-Fuse, and digital DCDC controllers. • Understand competitive landscapes at customers and develop strategies to win • Partner with sales to expand and grow revenue within our focused AI computing, Datacenter, Server and Telecom Markets. • Understand customer roadmaps, technology, R&D investments, and future needs. • Collaborate with technical Marketing in the definition of new products and derivatives. • Provide technical support on the Failure Analysis of customer returned parts.

• BSEE or MSEE preferred in Electrical Engineering or equivalent • 9+ years in engineering design and/or applications engineering and customer support. • Deep understanding of DC-DC and hot-swap applications. • Experience with semiconductor design and application development • Are good at developing relationships with internal and external engineering community • Are self-learning, self-disciplined, and a good team player • Are extremely responsive, ready to jump on the most difficult design and/or customer issues instantly • Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and mandarin Desired Skills: • Experience in using digital & analog controllers and drivers for power management • Experience with magnetics design and optimization • Experience with safety and EMI compliance • Experience with PCB design tools, Altium or Allegro • Experience with simulation tools
