德國科思創Covestro (全球最大聚合物生產商之一) 與長興化工合資的【帝興樹脂】，是科思創在其粉體塗料工廠世界版圖中 (西班牙、荷蘭、美國、大陸崑山、台灣)的五間工廠之一，亦是唯一進行聚酯樹脂全球性供貨的工廠。 屏東廠擁有30多年的歷史，其產品應用領域廣泛，包含建材、汽車、電子電器、家電、家具、一般工業及大型機械產業等。屏東廠建廠至今歷經多次擴廠，力求透過設備的提升，邁向永續目標，亦與工業區的鄰居廠區合作，運用他廠的製程產品低硫油取代重油，使屏東廠的硫化物排放大幅降低95%。 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop the organizational objective, maintenance strategy and task, and lead the maintenance team members to fulfill the organizational objective, maintenance strategy and task. 2. Develop training plan and provide resources for the maintenance team members to enable equipped with necessary skill and core competency for personal development and required task. 3. Communicate personal objective and task and evaluate personal performance to the maintenance team members. 4. Plan maintenance budget and manage maintenance budget expenditure in a proper manner. 5. Take resources such as human asset of the maintenance team members, budget, supplier/contractor to be effectively utilized in completing the organizational objective and maintenance task. 6. Communicate and coordinate maintenance implementation over the plant's target and organizational objective task with other departments. 7. Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) of maintenance technology to provide insight and expertise to the plant's operations. 8. Devote continuous improvement to the plant's safety and operations. Value added: 1. Ensure maintenance implementation, which is value added to decline maintenance safety risk and production variance in the plant's operations. 2. Ensure implementation for machinery safety inspection, which is in line with Covestro guideline to decline machine risk. 3. Develop and implement maintenance objective, and strategic maintenance task, which are in order to ensure superior maintenance performance. 4. Plan and manage maintenance budget, which make a cost effective for Maintenance Department. 5. Communicate and coordinate the organizational objective and task, which ensure the organizational objective and task can be effectively delivered to relevant folks during implementation. 6. Dedicate continuous improvement to the plant's operations, which makes advance of the plant.
