Position : Marketplace Account Management (3 month contract) About Us: Coupang Taiwan is a growing marketplace connecting sellers with millions of customers. We’re on a mission to expand our marketplace by onboarding new sellers and helping them succeed. Role Overview: We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to acquire new sellers to our marketplace. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, pitching, and onboarding small to mid-sized businesses, ensuring they see the value in joining our platform. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to prospective sellers via calls, emails, and other channels. Present the marketplace’s value proposition and address potential objections. Guide sellers through the onboarding process and ensure successful setup. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve seller issues and improve the onboarding experience. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly seller acquisition targets. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resilient and motivated to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
