You will be highly considered if you have the following experience: 1.1 year + work experience. Good to have: 1.Assist in related pre-production work of program, inclusive of creative thinking, planning, etc. 2.Experience in studio production 3.Good speaking ability, good logic ability, good and fast reaction 4.Experience in of street interviews, works in related industries like insurance, direct sales, sales and people-related industries 5.Personnel training experience, good in building relationships quickly with people. 6.Business related experience. 7.Experience in development. 8.Experience in artiste management.
