工作內容

- Responsible for full aspects of T-IFRS and HQ accounting and reporting as well as local business taxation topics. - Familiar with local/IFRS/tax accounting principles. - Review and approve accounting vouchers and provide actionable insight and advice. - Oversee day-to-day all accounting and tax accounting activities in compliance with HQ policy and local regulations. - Supervise periodic and annual taxation declaration activities. - Identify potential of system improvements to better in place the control framework and process simplification. - Coordinate with external CPA for statutory reporting, tax filing, pension actuarial service and transfer-pricing reports. - Lead accounting-related transformation projects. - Manage, train and coach accounting teammates in carrying out their assigned duties and responsibilities. - Build talent across the accounting team and support continuous improvement initiatives across the finance/controlling team. - Act as major internal/external contact point or partnership with businesses for effective communication and collaboration cross-functionally. - Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing complex projects and processes. - Proactively engage to maintain and improve a strong internal control environment to implement audit findings and mitigate accounting/taxation related risks. - Perform other work related duties and assigned.

1. More than 10 years accounting experience including at least 5 years leadership experience in the multiple international companies in Taiwan. 2. Working experience in CPA and financial industries would be a plus. 3. Good track record of working in cross-functional team and ability to deliver financial results. 4. To identify, design and implement accounting process and contents for accounting, standard/regulations and new business initiatives. 5. Well experience in ERP project implementations. Experience in SAP implementation would be a plus. 6. Strong cooperative team player and eager to learn. 7. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. 8. Effective problem identification and solving skills. 9. Can work under the pressure and work independently.
