工作內容
1. Process Improvement & Digitalization – NGBA steering & associated improvements *As the global point of contact for Manufacturing processes, lead & participate in the development, optimization and automation of processes related to different production sites. *Guide production site leads across countries to define the NGBA end-state solution and finalizing process models. *Conduct regular analysis of existing processes, IT environment, and best practices to drive further development and alignment. 2. Change Management – Technical & Organizational *Identify global/country specific features and enable NGBA workshops for Manufacturing. *Drive role-based training for users across. *Develop user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines, and procedural instructions. 3. Stakeholder Management & Global Co-ordination *Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress, achievements, and improvements in Manufacturing. *Represent in business experts' communities and NGBA forums for Manufacturing topics. *Build an internal Manufacturing expert community.

*6-8 years of relevant operational or project management experience, in leading and participating in process improvement initiatives in the Manufacturing domain in the semiconductor / chemical industry is preferred. *Good understanding of manufacturing processes with knowledge of relevant digital tools is preferred *Hands-on experience of SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) knowledge is highly desirable. *Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders i.e. local, global etc. and deliver the task within specified timeline.
