We continuously introduce advanced international ophthalmic equipment and collaborate with ophthalmologists to elevate Chinese ophthalmology to top-tier standards. We are looking for a professional sales representative to develop new clients, maintain existing ones, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Through this role, we aim to increase market share, enhance brand influence, and maintain long-term partnerships with our clients. How You'll Find Success ■Actively seek and engage new customers while providing high-quality service to maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate order and account handling. ■Understand market demands, grasp industry trends, and respond quickly to customer needs by solving problems, thereby boosting sales performance and customer loyalty. Things You Will Do ■Responsible for managing and cultivating key client relationships, developing specific implementation plans to achieve strategic objectives for major clients. ■Analyze client status and needs, combine company products and services to facilitate sales opportunities and partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and create win-win developments for both the clients and the company. ■Plan marketing and sales initiatives for project clients in cooperation with the department's marketing and technical service teams to achieve performance targets. What We're Looking for on Your Resume ■Over five years of sales or marketing experience in medical products, with experience in ophthalmic medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or equipment being preferred. ■Familiarity with ophthalmic-related products. ■Strong customer service skills and the ability to attract clients. ■Strong management, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
