ISP 韌體工程師 / ISP Firmware Engineer

工作內容： 1. 設計、開發並優化ISP系統的影像處理算法，例如 HDR Fusion / Noise Reduction / Tone mapping / Dehaze / Color / Edge Enhancement / DIS等模塊。 2. 開發適用於各類平台的ISP FW。 3. 於各類camera產品集成ISP算法及FW，確保各模塊及Sensor之間的通信順暢。 4. 優化FW、提昇系統效能、功耗及記憶體的使用。 5. 對算法及FW集成問題進行分析和故障排除，確保系統的穩定性和功能性。 6. 與影像品質檢測部門協作，進行模塊、系統各級別測試工作，根據測試結果持續迭代優化算法。 7. 技術文件撰寫，包含算法設計、單元/模塊測試用例(test case)、參數調校說明等。 8. 支援影像品質調校工作。 9. 調研ISP最新相關技術，並應用於產品。 技能描述： 1. 資訊工程、電機電子工程、光電工程、影像處理等相關專業大學及以上學歷。 2. 5年以上ISP演算法及FW開發經驗。 3. 具備Camera軟硬體、信號處理和數位影像相關知識，熟悉影像處理算法及濾波器的設計和應用。 4. 熟悉C/C++, Python或MATLAB。 Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop and optimize image processing algorithms for ISP systems, including but not limited to HDR Fusion / Noise Reduction / Tone mapping / Dehaze / Color / Edge enhancement / DIS. 2. Develop embedded firmware for ISP pipelines and image processing tasks on various camera products. 3. Integrate image processing algorithms and firmware in camera products, ensuring seamless communication with sensors and other components. 4. Optimize firmware to meet performance, power, and memory constraints of embedded systems. 5. Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of algorithms and firmware integration issues, ensuring system stability and functionality. 6. Collaborate with the quality assurance department to perform module and system-level testing, continuously iterating based on test results. 7. Technical documentation, including algorithm design, unit/module test cases, parameter tuning instruction, and other related documents. 8. Support image quality tuning activities. 9. Study and apply the latest ISP-related technologies to the products. Skills Qualification and Experience: 1. Minimum Bachelor of Science, Computer, Electrical & Electronics, Optics & Photonics, Image Processing Engineering degree or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in development of ISP (Image Signal Processing) algorithm and firmware. 3. Expert knowledge of camera sensors & components, signal processing and digital image. 4. Experience in camera image processing and application of filters. 5. Must have excellent C/C++, Python or MATLAB coding skills.
