This position will be responsible for all PIC/OSAT/CM business management between Zhuhai, Fremont, GDL, Foundry, OSAT, CM and consign equipment/ parts vendors through Hsinchu entity for SO entering and PO processing. What You Will Do In Your Role DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Consigned/outsourcing material and equipment management between OSAT/CM with Molex. 2. Coordinate with PMC and sales for material planning, forecast collecting with routine to update the inventory status to team and its logistics. 3. Material planning, purchase order placement, related logistic operation including importing, exporting, transportation arrangement from vendor to warehouse and warehouse to CMs, Zhuhai and GDL, warehouse management, management report generation, delivery schedule follow up/ push/ update and RMA. forecast update, payment, etc. and setup RFQ meeting with suppliers 4. Support TW local supplier management/development and relationship maintenance. 5. Be responsible for SO and PO processing of PIC with inter-company, and logistic handling and arrangement in these sites; in advance planning and work with supplier on capacity ramp up, support quality , delivery schedule improvement. Provide escalation support to buyer 6. Provide SCM supporting to new development projects on RFQ,RFI,FRS and source development. SCOPE: Position to perform purchasing, logistics and manage MRP, negotiate price to meet or exceed expectation. The Experience You Will Bring EDUCATION: REQUIRED: Bachelor or Mater degree in business or supply chain management PREFERRED: Bachelor or Mater degree in business or supply chain management related profession with more than 3-year experience is preferred WORK EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: 1~5 years in procurement; Experienced or familiar in semiconductor packaging business SKILLS & ABILITIES: REQUIRED: Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking; with communication skill and planner sense; Ability to work independently, proactively; High integrity; Sense of urgency.
